Cgu Atif msged me to ask if i wanted to go to a talk today calle 'Kenali sapa diri'. Since i had nothing to until sungkai i decided to join in as he even volunteered to pick me up.
Wasn't that many people at first..
..after an hour, however, i turned back and wow alot of people.
Time to sembahyang asar =D
KAna usaikan eh, haha it was all bejurit justnow.
The talk was, agen, beyond wat i expected. It was great, very knowledgable and truely gave me, and i think everyone who came, alot of realisation. It was fun also and definitely not boring and sleepy, cmon u gota admit u tend to fall asleep during some talks and force urself to stay awake but in this, sleeping wud be the last thing on ur mind, i didn't yawn once haha.

The person (forgot his name) started off his talk by saying "This is not a lecture or ceramah oranything. It is just somewhat like a discussion with a person at the front who loves to talk" to make everyone feel more comfortable to ask and answer questions. And it did. Many looked really comfortable asking and answering questions.

What i learnt from the talk?
He elaborted deeply on how we human are programmed like robots to do the same thing everyday. We do wat we do everyday just because it is our daily routine to do it. Everything we do should not be because it is our daily routine or any other reason but because of Allah S.W.T. Everything we do in life should be because of Allah S.W.T. He uses doa iftitah (in which we read in every parayer before Al-Fatihah) as an example. When we read doa Iftitah, a part of it says "Solat ku, hidup ku, mati ku semuanya adalah untuk Allah S.W.T." we read that doa but then do we really mean it? Is everything we do really for Allah? Think about that for a minute or so =D

Then we had a sharing session to share each other what we have learnt from the talk.

I was supposed to sungkai with them at the Masjid but then i had Tahlil with family so i had to go early. Maynn i wish i cud have stayed till the end of the talk. Will continue the Tahlil event after this post =)
